HEBREW & OLD TESTAMENT DEPARTMENT

OLD TESTAMENT - SENIOR (OT 2)

Description
Old Testament I & II

The primary aim of the Hebrew & Old Testament course is to produce ministers of the Gospel fully equipped in the Hebrew language and in the theology of the Old Testament. The course is taken over two years i.e. Old Testament I and Old Testament II (commonly referred to as Junior and Senior Old Testament respectively). Prior to entrance onto the course, a student is ordinarily expected to pass an Entrance Examination in elementary Hebrew. However, a 'language exempt' course is run in exceptional circumstances for those without the biblical language.
